LocumsPRN was formed in 2000 by Dr Geoff McAlpine and Charlie O’Sullivan. Their aim, then and now, is to provide a locum service focused solely on the needs of doctors. Charlie and Geoff have worked throughout Australia and NZ and can provide up to date advice based on personal experience. LocumsPRN is a member of The Australian Association of Medical Recruitment Agents (AAMRA) and the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association of Australia and NZ (RCSA). Dr Geoff McAlpine is a New Zealand doctor who is based in NZ and continues to locum throughout Australia and NZ. He has also worked as sole doctor on Fakaofo Atoll in Tokelau. In his spare time he loves watersports especially kitesurfing.
Charlie O’Sullivan is an Australian with experience in a range of fields including business, IT and education. Charlie is a keen surfer winning a number of titles and was runner up in the World Masters Surf Titles in 2004.
